NEPAL AND INDIA CHILDREN'S HOMES

Thursday, December 19, 2019 Dear Friends, NOW THIS IS CHRISTMAS!!! ORH is thankful for your support and God’s amazing grace.  Through both, ORH has sent support to these children’s homes for many years.  Each year, there are more blessings from the work done. Please read the messages about the children; and please, download the PDF’s for your prayer groups.  There is more information on the PDF about work being done NEPAL – HOUSE OF MERCY CHILDREN’S HOME James and Holly Tamang are in Katmandu, Nepal.  One of our board members visited with them and came back with a great report of the work they are doing in Nepal.  They have sent us this report: “God is good all the time.  I am so grateful for His provisions for our ministries here in Nepal.  Even with inflation skyrocketing God is still providing and meeting needs here…. Thank you very much for your continual support to our ministries.  Through Christ alone, James & Holly Tamang INDIA – HIMALAYAN CHILDREN HOME OF HOPE Pastor Athem Chothe has proven himself faithful.  His home was one of the first supported by ORH.  One young man needs eye surgery.  ORH hopes to provide this surgery.  One young man is going to Myanmar as a missionary.  Once in Myanmar, ORH has committed by faith $100.00 per month to his support as a missionary. Please go to the PDF to see the needs.  “Dear Dr Jan, Greetings to you from Himalayan Children Home of Hope. The children and doing well and they just completed their final exams. Some of the older children are no more with us and we are able to take new ones and they are still small. I have two special needs of the two single boys. The smaller boy is called Sanjay Gurung who is in need of eyes surgery, please pray for him. The bigger boy is Angmei who is studying M.Div. at Himalayan Baptist Seminary and preparing to go back to his village in Myanmar to be missionary. Last winter he went to his native village by traveling four days on foot and he got so touched to take the Gospel to his people where there is no transportations, no educations, no health care. Please pray for him.
