Dear Friends,
UKRAINE
Please read these reports from our clinic in Ukraine with
the Enskyys. They will be a blessing.
“ Dear brothers and ORH team, We wanted to
encourage you with some good news this morning!
Maria, who came to us through the ORH outreach, has been coming
faithfully to church and this morning repented of her sins. She ran down to the front and got on her
knees and repented and received Jesus as her Savior.
We have 3 other ladies who have been
coming regularly from the clinic. Two of
them expressed interest in coming to our ladies Bible study on Thursday. Praise the Lord! The Enskyys”
“Dear Jan, During the
ORH outreach, one of our church members (Tanya) had her niece seen by Dr.
Jensen. After examining her and looking
at her history, he advised further specialist consultations that we can't get
here in Mukachevo. Stephen Poindexter
connected us with an American doctor in Kyiv who is trying to find a qualified
pediatric urologist that might be able to help Sofia on a long term basis. Our church will take up a love offering to
help Sofia but she asked me to contact you to see if you might help with this
need. She has had kidney
problems/infections for the last 2 years.
Tanya is a faithful member of our church and lives in poverty. Thank you for considering this, Lori Enskaya”
ORH was able to send the money for the medical need, and Sofia
is on her way to the doctor in Kiev.
“ Dear Jan and Rick, Greetings from Mukachevo! We have had a constant flow of 1st time,
returning visitors since the outreach.
we have had some very productive conversations about the lord and many
discipling opportunities. Praise the Lord
for open hearts!
I did not get Dr. Jenson's email before he
left. I would like to keep him updated
on Kati, his interpreter. She has been
consistently coming to church and has accepted my invitations to coffee. she is very open to the gospel and knows she
needs to make a decision. We have had
some very frank and honest conversations and I believe that she trusts me. She has shared a lot about her past and what
she wants from the future. Most Ukrainians
are not that open. Please be praying for
her salvation and for our relationship to grow…. Have a wonderful Lord's day, Lori for all the
Enskyys”
ORH will be sponsoring a children’s “Special Needs Clinic”
with Lori and Oleg. Pray that many parents
will come to this event to understand better ways to help their children. Many parents with special needs children came
to our recent evangelistic clinic in Mukachevo.
Pray we will have the funds to bring specialist to this event.
