Dear
Friends,
Hurricane
Harvey could prove to be more harmful through flooding than by its massive
winds. Pray for those in the potential flood zones. Flooding can be
as destructive as wind can be.
Pray for
Pastor Alan Jenkins as he prepares trucks of food and water to head to the
Houston area for the churches in need. Pastor Jenkins with Nehemiah’s
Network once again is willing to help us to prepare aid to those in need.
Through the food and water we will be able to accomplish much with the Gospel.
ORH will provide the costs for delivery of the materials.
We want to
thank Pastor William Cover of Arise Baptist Church in Houston, TX for
committing his church to be a distribution point and to deliver food, water,
and the Gospel. He also will attempt to organize other pastors to join
with him. ORH has committed up to $2000.00 to help with the purchase of
supplies to distribute to the neighborhoods impacted by the flooding and winds.
Please pray
that ORH will have the funds to meet the needs and distribute the Gospel.
